Payment modes and reimbursement of amounts

1. Payment through banking channels in advance to the bank account of Brutal Street Life EOOD and all bank fees are at the charge of the User
If selecting this payment mode you can make a bank transfer to the account of Brutal Street Life EOOD. With the accomplishment of the order you will receive a letter with our banking details. The order will be accomplished upon the receipt of the transfer, where you’ll have to state obligatory the number of order as designation of payment. On delivery of commodity you do not owe anything to Courier, except the value of delivery. In case reimbursement of partial or full payments from the Supplier to the Consumer is required, the same is made through banking channels to Consumer’s account or in a way additionally agreed between the Parties.

2. Payment through Paypal 

If selecting  this payment method you will be redirected to www.paypal.com where you pay through your registration with Paypal and after that you will be redirected back to www.brutaljeans.com

Together with the payment of the selected goods you have to pay also for the postage you selected.

Delivery:

Products ordered from www.brutaljeans.com will be delivered by Speedy Courier service to the address specified by you only on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria. For orders outside Bulgaria, the courier service will be arranged after we confirm your order and according to the clients preferences and only on the charge of the clients.
For orders valued over BGN 300.00 delivery is FREE OF CHARGE FOR THE OVERALL TERRITORY OF BULGARIA, with terms of 1 working day for Speedy AD.
For all remaining orders, carriage is payable by the Client.
Delivery costs are determined by:
    - type of delivery;
    - commodity weight;
The most frequent carriage price is between BGN 6.00 and 10.00.

We will bear for our account all the remaining costs for insurance of commodities!
Upon handling your order, you will receive by return e-mail the Bill of Lading Number to trace the exact location of the commodity you have ordered at any time. This is facilitated through Speedy website by entering “Tracing” menu.
For shipments dispatched under COD terms, you’ll have to pay the value of ordered commodities plus Courier’s service charge.

For shipments where the value of the commodity is paid through banking channels (transfer), debit or credit card, you’ll have to pay the Courier’s service charge ONLY.
We are well aware of the fact how important it is for you to receive exactly what you expect, and that is why we always inspect each individual order for possible defect.
Orders placed by 18.00 hrs. are handled with us on the subsequent day. Deliveries are made by Speedy AD with terms of one working day for all places, save those covered by service schedule listed in the website of Speedy AD.
